Welcome to my custom-built bungalow situated 1/2 mile (5 blocks) to Lemon Bay, 1 1/2 miles to Old Englewood and 2 1/2 miles to Englewood Beach. With cathedral ceiling and exposed beams, my 1946 bungalow is uber-clean with all the amenities you will love. My house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The property has lots of trees including 6 fruit trees - help yourself to freshly picked key limes while you are visiting, and who knows maybe some mulberries and lemons. The space A unique, super clean, bungalow with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay near the beach and Old Englewood. There is a large backyard and front yard with shade and chairs outside to relax around beautiful gardening and trees. All the amenities are here for you. I love being helpful and recommending places to go and see in our Paradise here in Englewood. My house is made up of a large living/family room with a large screen smart tv rested on a wood fireplace panel from my home in Appalachia Country, North Carolina. As the stones you see on the exterior of the house came from Iowa 78 years ago , the mantel came from the mountains of the High Country, NC. You will love it here; I'm gonna make sure. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. I will be available remotely 24/7 to guide you on cool things to do and destinations or any questions or issues you may have with the house. Just ask me so that I can help. Other things to note I own two small dogs. The house is professionally cleaned, but if you are allergic, you may be affected, so just be aware of that. Enjoy sofas for 4, with 2 comfortable reclining seats on one of the sofas. As is it rare to find a gas stove and oven. I love to cook and I just couldn't do with electric. You will be delighted to find a spanking new kitchen with a new propane gas stove and oven, new large refrigerator with filtered water and ice. new microwave and toaster oven, tra kettle, Keurig and brewed coffee machine, blender and bread mixer if you like to bake. Mosey on out to the backyard and grill up some steaks or fresh fish on the Weber grill. (great fresh fish and seafood at Cut Right Seafood on S. McCall). Feel free to use the guitar, Amazon Prime, Fire TV, and netflix.
