Haus Se[e]renity - Cozy lakeside house

Our house Se[e]renity is very quietly situated on a large property in a direct lake location. In the spacious living/dining area you can enjoy the magnificent lake view as well as on the partially covered terrace with outdoor fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to bake and cook and in one of the three bedrooms you wake up with direct views of the lake. In the bathroom, you can choose between a shower and a bathtub and in the upper area, two cozy bedrooms invite you to relax The space Our lovely house was built in the early 1970s by my grandfather. It is spacious yet practically designed and it guarantees privacy, tranquility and relaxation together with the extensive garden. Our house is not a designer villa but it has charm and tells a story. We have lovingly and comfortably furnished and decorated it without wanting to change its character. The living and dining area is very spacious and generous and through the large patio door in the dining room and the panoramic window in the living room you have a beautiful view of the lake just a few meters away. In the two upper bedrooms, the sloping roof provides coziness and as was often the case in the past, there is a niche with a sink in each bedroom. The large upper hallway is equipped with built-in closets and there is another toilet, which is very pleasant especially at night. The house also has a utility room where a washing machine, dryer and ironing board can be used. A pantry and another storage room are available for storing supplies. On the property there is still a wooden house that we use during the summer holidays, but not when guests are on vacation in the house Se[e]renity. The two garages serve as storage space for various machines and equipment for garden maintenance and are therefore not available for vacation guests. The basement area cannot be used either, as we store our personal belongings here. The terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and is partly covered. In cooler temperatures, the outdoor fireplace can be lit. The rowboat, which is housed in the boathouse, can be used by arrangement. This way, the lake can also be explored from the water. Guest access The access to the house leads via a private path that ends directly on our property. Of course, you can park for free directly in the yard/property in front of the house. Please note that we have the house number 38 A. The property is located behind the white roller door, which you drive directly to if you follow the short private path. Next to the front door, there is access to the spacious garden and water via the patio door and another rear door. Other things to note I follow Airbnb's five-step enhanced cleaning process. This is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook, which was developed in partnership with experts. Here are the main points: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. I use cleaners and disinfectants recommended by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. I provide extra cleaning supplies, so guests can clean as they stay. I'll follow local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
