Located in the municipality of "Canton de Shefford", close to Bromont Mountain, our chalet awaits you! The space 1) THE DESIGN OF THE CHALET Upon arrival, you will be immediately charmed by the elegance and cachet of this Scandinavian-type chalet. Built for the greatest comfort, the chalet stands out for its architectural features, its cathedral ceilings, and the natural light streaming in from its many windows. From large rooms that promote gatherings between friends to small details that are sure to please children, everything has been designed with the well-being of our guests in mind. ***** 2) BROMONT MOUNTAIN NEARBY Ski Bromont is THE largest lighted ski area in America, with 450 acres of skiable terrain, 155 trails and glades on 7 slopes, 9 lifts, over 1,200 snow guns, and guaranteed conditions, day and night. In summer, it's a Water Park offering 25 water and land activities, including a heated wave pool of almost 24,000 square feet, rafting, miles of slides, and thrilling mountain sleds. From May to October, the site offers the largest mountain biking area in Eastern Canada, with 19 downhill trails of all calibers, a permanent 4-cross course, and one of the finest bike parks in Quebec. ***** 3) HOT TUB & PROPANE FIREPLACE Back from a busy day outside, what could be better than being able to relax with a pleasant spa with friends or family? The benefits will immediately be felt on your body. To end the evening well, we go inside in front of a comforting propane fire. Accompanied by a glass of wine, it is the perfect match for absolute relaxation. ***** Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our chalet: 1- NO PARTY ALLOWED Having good neighborliness as a priority, we recommend that party people do not rent the property. Evictions and fines will apply where applicable. 2- NO PETS For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies. 3- ARRIVAL: AFTER 4:00 PM / DEPARTURE: BEFORE 10:00 As we allow arrivals for 4 p.m, departures must be done by 10 a.m in the morning. We must give the cleaning team a full 6 hours to prepare the place well between two stays. Guest access Information messages will be sent to you as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
