Sleeps up to 6 people. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it has several options for activities and nearby restaurants. In addition, it is close to downtown Pato Branco, approximately 1 km away from the Main Church, as well as a few meters from Largo da Liberdade. We are pet friendly!! ;) The space The house has a great structure and provides the necessary comfort for the rest of families, couples and other travelers who are passing through our city and region. The house is modern and has all the necessary equipment for your day-to-day life. The house has three bedrooms, one of them a suite. The suite has a double bed, bathroom and custom-made wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a custom-made closet. The third bedroom has a double bed and a custom-made closet. All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV and air-conditioning. The living room is spacious and airy and has a sofa, smart TV, work table and dining table. The kitchen and laundry have all the utensils and appliances you need for your stay. We also offer one set of bed linens per bed and one bath towel per guest, which are included in the cleaning fee. Plus, we provide one soap per bathroom and toilet paper. If extra towels are required, an additional fee per piece (R$ 4.00) will be charged and the request must be made directly to the host. Similarly, in the case of a long stay, extra cleaning of the property may be requested from the host, for a fee. Note: Food items and products for use in the washing machine are not available. PARKING The house has covered parking for 2 cars. It is also possible to park another car inside the property, however, without coverage. Parking is included in the daily rate. *** ATTENTION: VISITORS ARE PROHIBITED. THE HOUSE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE PEOPLE IN THE RESERVATION *** CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT Our check-in is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you have an exception and need to check in at a different time, please contact the host directly to check the possibility of doing so at another time and arrange for the delivery of the keys. Check-out must be done by 11 a.m., at which time the keys must be returned to the host. PETS Our house is pet friendly. If you want to bring your pet, please know that they are very welcome. To do so, we charge a one-time fee of R$ 50.00 per pet, which must be paid upon arrival at the property. All care/hygiene (such as collecting waste) must be taken during the stay with due care and attention. Guest access The entire home is accessible to the guest.
