Located in Caldas Novas, the Resort do Lago offers apartments on the shores of Lake Corumbá. The Resort has hotel service, bar and restaurant for meals (paid separately), game room, Kids area, sauna and a water park with children's area, wet bar, infinity pool, water slides, Surf simulator and Half Pipe. Does not include kitchen utensils or toiletries. Speedboat tours are paid separately. When booking, the guest agrees to the condominium's rules of use. We are operating within the protocols against COVID established by the city of Caldas Novas. Guest access Full access to the rented unit and the hotel's common areas. Some spaces have opening hours and must be respected. Other things to note The Resort is complying with the protocols against COVID, and therefore some spaces may or may not be available for use, according to the Decree established for the period of the reservation. After completing the reservation, it is necessary to send the personal documents of the person responsible for the rental to complete the reservation and release the check-in. They are: Full name, CPF, date of birth, telephone and email. For companions, the name, CPF, and date of birth are required. For children under 18 years of age, it is MANDATORY to present an ID or birth certificate; and if they are NOT accompanied by their parents, it is ESSENTIAL to have their authorization, with a notarized signature, and a copy of the ID, in accordance with current legislation: Article 82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents contains the restriction regarding the accommodation of children or adolescents, in the following terms: Art. 82. It is forbidden to host a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, guesthouse or similar establishment, unless authorized or accompanied by the parents or guardian. Thus, the law has made it clear that only when accompanied by a parent or guardian can a child or adolescent stay in a hotel, motel, boarding house or similar establishment. Article 250 of the ECA provides for the sanction of establishments that do not comply with the law: Article 250. Hosting a child or adolescent, unaccompanied by their parents or guardian or without their written authorization, or that of the judicial authority, in a hotel, boarding house, motel or similar: Penalty – fine; in case of recurrence, the judicial authority may determine the closure of the establishment for up to fifteen days; if recurrence is proven in less than 30 (thirty) days, the establishment will be definitively closed and its license will be revoked.
