The space 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms Downstairs bedroom - Queen Upstairs bedrooms (all ensuite) - 1 Master with King Sized Bed 1 Queen 1 Twin Room (2 twin beds) 1 Two Bunk Beds (4 twin beds in total) Other things to note Pool Policy: A private pool with spa is available on the property. Pool and spa heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 5 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool and spa heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival. Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, laundry pods and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
