Come and discover our beautiful region, we welcome you to our small cottage that we wanted to be warm and comfortable. Located in the village of Montigny-sur-l'Ain, on the edge of a small departmental road, ideally located due to its proximity to the various lakes, waterfalls and hiking trails; less than an hour from the main ski resorts and other activities. All amenities: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy... Housekeeping included - ATTENTION ROAD NEARBY The space It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a sitting area with TV, 2 bedrooms: one with a 180 bed and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with toilet. We offer to provide you with free bed linens and bath towels. Outside: a covered terrace with garden furniture and for the summer: barbecue and sunbathing. A hot tub to relax after long hikes... Guest access Access to the cottage is via a path on the edge of our property – indicated by a terminal overlooking a small wooden chalet (miniature of the cottage) Other things to note The cottage is located on the edge of a departmental road on which there may be traffic, specifically during the holidays Please take this into consideration before booking our cottage On the other hand, we do not charge for cleaning or ask for an extra fee for pets, but we ask that the cottage be returned in a good condition
