This independent chalet will charm you during your stay, spacious and modern, it has an outdoor garage that can accommodate a car, it is equipped with a shoe dryer and a wood storage. Guests can take advantage of the sun terrace and garden furniture to dine or relax. The ground floor includes an entrance giving access to the kitchen open to the living area as well as a separate toilet and a cellar with a sink and a fridge in the continuity of the entrance hallway. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped (oven, fridge, etc.) and open to the dining and living area. The cozy and warm living room guarantees beautiful evenings by the fire on winter evenings. The lower floor includes a double bedroom, shower room and adjoining toilet. A bedroom with two single beds equipped with a TV and access to the balcony and a bedroom with a bunk bed. A laundry room is at your disposal equipped with a sink, washing machine, dryer and ironing board. The first floor includes a double bedroom with access to the balcony, mountain view, equipped with a TV, a spa bathroom, shower and private toilet, and a second double bedroom with shower room and private toilet. The chalet is rented with linen included and the beds will be made upon arrival. The chalet is ideally located for discovering the region and its assets. For your winter holidays, it is located 2.4 km from the ski lifts in Chinaillon and 3.2 km from the Rosay cable car in Grand Bornand and 200 m from the bus stop. For your summer vacation, it is at the foot of the hiking trails. The price includes linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). The end of stay cleaning is included however the premises must be left in a correct state (unmade beds, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc...)
