Welcome to our Boho Bungalow in the Washington Park neighborhood of Winston-Salem! Conveniently located within steps of Easy Tiger Beer Garden, The Coffee Shed, and Acadia Foods. You’re also a few blocks from UNCSA, and minutes from downtown Winston-Salem, Baptist Hospital, and Novant/Forsyth Medical Center. This historic home has been newly furnished with a stylish modern feel, yet still maintains the charm Washington Park is known for. The space Enter into the main foyer to be greeted by cozy chairs flanking a historic fireplace, a great place to enjoy evening cocktails. To the left is the primary bedroom with a brand-new luxury king mattress. Down the hall you will find an airy bathroom with tub/shower, followed by a second bedroom with a brand-new queen mattress. Turn into the main living room to find a comfy sectional for enjoying the brand-new 65-inch flat-screen smart TV. Continue past the main living room for a bonus area featuring a desk and daybed for an extra guest. Past the bonus area is the historic wood-paneled kitchen, which features an additional sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee (made from the provided coffee maker or from “The Coffee Shed” right across the street ) Other things to note We’re brand new, so reviews to come! The Boho Bungalow is across the street from a bar, so on the weekends expect some music. While the Boho Bungalow can comfortably sleep 5 (or 6 if you include the sectional), no parties or smoking is permitted. High-speed wifi is provided, and you can use the smart TV to access your Netflix/Prime/Hulu/HBO or other app accounts (no local cable). Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking essentials. A washer/dryer is located on the basement level. Easy on-street parking in front of home.
