Kick back and relax in this calm, spacious cottage situated at the head of a small cul de sac. Very quiet yet a short distance to the motorway network Large comfortable corner sofa, dining table, 42” TV /Fast WI-FI Original stone fireplace/ not in use The house has central heating Chest freezer. Separate kitchen: microwave, cooker, fridge, kettle , toaster, crockery pans & utensils Large bathroom with over bath shower Towels, toiletries, hair dryer tea/coffee provided Parking-no restriction The space The entire house to yourselves. It is an end terrace house which has one step into the entrance door and inside, a staircase up to the bedrooms & bathroom. Guest access Guests can access the entire house Except : a storage cupboard on the landing which contains cleaning equipment and is kept locked. Other things to note There is parking on street right outside the door Please note it is a narrow street and occasionally you may not be able to park right outside the property but there is ample parking very close by. It is a cul de sac. The thermostat for the heating is a NEST thermostat which detects movement in the living room. If no movement has been detected over 2 hours the heating automatically turns down to 10 degrees. This is combat wasteful energy use if the heating has been left on when the house if empty. It is not effective during the night when guests are in bed the heating will remain on at a comfortable 18 degrees. Therefore, please note, if you have been away from the property all day on your return the property will not be heated to the setting you may have left it on. There is no washing machine in the property. The grey dustbin is for all rubbish.
