The space zen design The property is a 15th-century stone building that has been fully consolidated and renovated in the heart of the historic center of the medieval village of Casperia, 70 km north of Rome, a town distinguished by the orange flag. The property is 140 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. 2 rooms have independent access to the outside and are located on the first and second floors, each has a private living room that can accommodate 2 more beds, the other 2 rooms are located on the upper floor and are a double room and a single room. On the intermediate floor, which measures about 30 m², there is the kitchenette, the dining table, and a very bright living room. From this floor, you can go outside onto a comfortable, private, bright, and quiet terrace of about 12 m² with an enchanting view of the valley below, facing southwest.
