The space Our villas are located on a beautiful private plot, next to a small cluster of five houses built just below or beside our premises. This unique setting allows for unobstructed and breathtaking views of the island’s ports, the illuminated cruise ships at night, and the sparkling lights of Mykonos Town. Most importantly, the natural hill formation provides shelter from the strong Cycladic winds, creating ideal conditions for enjoying sun-filled, lazy days or a quiet, relaxed dinner outdoors, all in total comfort. The villas are situated just above the new port, only 2.8 km from Mykonos Town and 4.7 km from the airport. Restaurants and a supermarket are just a 3-minute drive away. Apanema II, located just above our other villa, Apanema I, is a beautifully designed, single-level home that combines elegance, comfort, and tranquility. With its harmonious layout and serene ambiance, it offers the ideal setting for relaxing and entertaining while enjoying the stunning Mykonian landscape. The interior of the villa features a cozy living and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with a private bathroom, and a single bedroom with its own en-suite. A separate guest room, also with an en-suite bathroom, provides additional privacy and flexibility for larger groups. Outdoors, the villa’s expansive terrace includes a dining and lounge area with sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and the sunset — an idyllic setting for peaceful afternoons or elegant evening gatherings. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas of the property, both indoors and outdoors, as outlined in the description. Prior to your arrival, we will send you the exact location pin and the access code for our key-free smart locks to ensure a smooth and easy arrival at the property. GETTING AROUND We recommend that guests rent a car to ensure a more comfortable and flexible stay. Public transportation is only available in Mykonos Town, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from the property. Depending on your needs, you may choose to rent one or more vehicles. There is convenient parking just outside the house, with space for one car, including vehicles up to jeep size. Alternatively, you may arrange on-call or pre-booked transfer services with vans. If you prefer, the I-move app also offers both immediate and scheduled taxi service.
