Yurt Sanctuary

Reconnect with nature at this beautiful rural escape, only 12 mins from central Nelson. The Yurt is a light filled cosy living space. Comfortably sleeping a family of 4 with a queen bed and 2 single loft beds in their own walled off areas for a little privacy. The container has a fully functioning kitchen and bathroom which includes a shower. You can step outside to find an outdoor bath that looks up to the Milky Way (summer water restrictions may apply). The space We hope you love our yurt as much as we do. It’s a quiet and cosy space where you can immerse yourself in nature. If you feel like exploring the local area you are only a short drive away from Nelson and many other beautiful locations. Guest access Guests are welcome in the gardens close to and surrounding the Yurt, including use of our trampoline & outdoor bath (summer water restrictions may apply). Please refrain from opening or closing gates as the larger paddocks are used for livestock. Other things to note Please take care as there are electric fences on the property and livestock may be moved through the paddocks during your stay.
