It has been extensively refurbished and double glazed, equipped with underfloor heating powered by a ground source heat pump, its cosy and warm through the coldest of nights and cool and airy in the warmest of days. The bathroom has a top of the range shower, lit mirror and heated towels rails. The brand new kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer and Tassimo coffee machine which make for easy meal times. Just off the kitchen is a small downstairs loo and basin. The sitting room has exposed beams showing the construct of the timber framed building. There is a wood burning stove with logs provided for you to enjoy a snug evening in. There is a spacious garden both at the front and back of Holly Bush, with a table, chairs and sun shade, all surrounded by the forest trees. There is still work to be completed to reestablish the garden to its former glory having fallen into sad times. The garden is not fenced. Follow the sign to Holly Bush Cottage and you will see the large parking space, you have to cross the footbridge bridge and up the lit path to the front door. Other things to note The approach road to Holly Bush Cottage is 200m of forest road off tarmac. It is on gravel, a low slung sports car wold have to be cautious.
