This bungalow also includes a Separate Kitchen, Classy Hollywood style Bathroom with claw foot tub & patio. Bungalow #3 is a Classic Classy Hollywood Bungalow with Vaulted High Ceiling, and has a most comfortable Memory Gel Foam Double Bed, White Noise Sleep Machine, Samsung Smart TV, Wifi, Air Conditioner & Heater, full Kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, tea maker & basic utensils and built in dining table area. Complimentary refreshments are provided. The "spa-feeling" bathroom is super clean & peaceful with the original clawfoot tub and a fabulous Shower. The unit includes 1 Double bed and fits 2 comfortable with the possibility of including a 3rd or 4th guest if you would like to set up an air mattress (available upon advance request only). Please notify us in advance if you need the air mattress so that we can provide extra bedding and the additional air mattress. Free Permit for Overnight Street Parking is available, and there is plenty of space around! A yellow parking permit will be provided during your stay, please ensure to return the parking permit upon check out. House-trained pets are welcomed in your private bungalow only. Please do not walk it around the shared spaces including the shared front yard. Please ensure all pottying business for pets are done outside of the premises. $50 fee will be incurred if pets are found on the shared areas including the shared front yard.
