Ideal for families with children, thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living area and the possibility of an extra bed or a crib. The space Apartment entirely on the ground floor, walk-in shower. There are only 2 apartments that share the pool, this one and another twin. No confusion or the big crowds of a hotel. Guest access You are 600 meters from the sea and the wonderful pine forest of the Riviera dei Pini, convenient to all services (bars, restaurants, markets, newspapers...), the beautiful towns of Cervia and Cesenatico are 2/3 km away and can be reached by bicycle (bike path), car or public transport. Free street parking within walking distance of the accommodation. Other things to note The pool is always open, even in the colder months we think it's nice to have an outdoor area that's always well-kept and why not? A nice cold hydrotherapy: first the heat of the sauna and then a dip in the cold water! The infrared sauna is “seasonal,” located within the property in a small separate room, with an hourly cost of €12, automatic and independent thanks to a coin-operated machine. The cost is simply to avoid wasting energy due to forgetfulness and covers the pure expenditure of electricity. Being completely autonomous and enjoying the total privacy of a private property, this was the only way to be able to offer a service of this level. One hour is enough to have the sauna at the correct temperature and enjoy it for at least 30 minutes, the recommended time for this type of relaxation. I recommend turning on the sauna by inserting only 6 euros and once the temperature is reached (15 to 30 minutes required) depending on the outside temperature, then before enjoying your relaxation you can add a few euros to have 30 minutes of sauna.
