If you wish to request late check-out, please let us know at time of your reservation via message. Please note that we may not be able to accept late check-out at time of peak season or reservation schedule is tight. ★PARKING LOT★ NO free car parking space. If you are coming by car, please use pay parking lot near our house or around the station. The nearest parking lot is about 5 mins away by foot and pretty easy to find. The cost is as follows. 08:00-18:00 max 1000 yen 18:00-08:00 max 700 yen ★LEGAL PERMIT★ Our house has a legal permit under the “New Vacation Rental Law (Minpaku Shinpo)”. Under the new law, the host must carry out identity verification and keep records of all the guests. Hence, we ask you to provide following information. * Guest Registration is required: 1. Passport copies The information above are needed for all guests staying in the house. ★ATTENTION★ Our house is an apartment and there are other residents on the same floor. No PARTY or LOUD MUSIC allowed. During your stay, we kindly ask all guests to stay quiet and be considerate of the neighbors. Guest access The house is only for you, so you can enter and leave anytime you want. ※ Please be considerate of the neighbors, especially about noise at night. Other things to note 1. Please do NOT open any locked room/space. 2. NO party or loud music. Please be mindful about noise level. We may have to charge you penalty fee if you cause trouble with neighbors. 3. NO smoking/pet in the house. 4. There will be no cleaning service during your stay. For long stay guests, our cleaning staff will come in approximately once in every 2 weeks. 5. We will ask for extra cleaning fee if you mess up our house or we find an inappropriate use, which rarely happen. 6. If we find our equipment being stolen or broken, we will charge for the expense. 7. Please do not leave your belongings in the house. If you leave large items such as strollers or suitcases, we will charge you a disposal fee. 8. For the purposes of identity verification and security, our house has a security camera at the entrance. 10.Please do not take out garbage from the house. We will take care of the garbage after you check out. 11.-If you make a long-term reservation (1 month or more) since we do not charge a security deposit, so guest who makes a long-term reservation will need to sign the "fixed-term building lease contract" and "equipment confirmation" (repair responsibility).
