House located in Lamotte-Warfusée on the national road. Close to the Circuit du Souvenir. You are also 5 km from Villers-Bretonneux and Corbie, and 20 km from Amiens Glisy, Longueau train station and Haute-Picardie TGV station. You have access to a private bedroom upstairs with a 140 x 190 cm bed and Wi-Fi. There is no television. The other areas are shared with the hosts and other guests. Sheets and towels are provided. Check-in is done with a lockbox. The space The house has a floor area of 100 m². You can easily park your vehicle in front of the house. There is an open, fully equipped kitchen with a 4-seat central island. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed. Two other bedrooms are available for rent (see other listing). Large private garden with garden furniture, table, and BBQ. Except for the bedroom, all areas are shared with the hosts and other guests. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included. There is a small dog (Cocker Spaniel) in the house. Guest access Shared access with hosts to the kitchen and bathroom (bathroom, toilet). You can also enjoy the outdoors. During your stay I'm here to accommodate your requests and answer any questions you may have by email or text. Other things to note Self check-in and check-out using a key box. I do not charge a cleaning fee, so I ask that the accommodation be returned in the condition in which you found it. No smoking inside the house.
