Welcome to Alsace! You will have a full apartment on the ground floor of our house, in a residential area. You can reach Colmar/Mulhouse in 25 minutes, Strasbourg in 1 hour. You will stay at the foot of the Vosges Mountains, where you can go for beautiful hikes, cycling, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. You will get an opportunity to discover villages voted the most beautiful villages in France. In December, you can visit the must-see Christmas markets. The space The apartment of about 60 m2, quiet, well equipped and carefully decorated, has an individual entrance that gives access to the living room, furnished with a table and chairs to work if necessary, a sofa, an armchair, a TV with access to Netflix, a Bluetooth speaker and a Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped (complete dishes, fridge + freezer, dishwasher with tablets provided, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, teas/herbal teas provided) and gives access to the terrace. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a dresser, with access to the terrace as well. The bathroom includes a toilet, walk-in shower and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer. You will find a closet in the hallway with the central vacuum cleaner and ironing essentials. All rooms have electric roller shutters. For sunny days, a large table on the shaded terrace will allow you to eat your meals there, all the furniture being provided (electric blind, deckchair, hanging chair), as well as an electric plancha and a kamado barbecue. The apartment is not air-conditioned, but its location on the ground floor allows it to stay cool in summer. In December, be amazed by the Christmas atmosphere with interior and exterior light decorations. Small welcome gifts will be offered to you. Guest access Free street parking is available directly opposite the house. Access to the apartment is via a key box. A first key will allow you to open the entrance gate, the house being completely fenced. By taking a paved driveway and then going down a few steps, you will reach the ground floor and the entrance to your accommodation. Due to the steps to go down to access the apartment, it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note Bakeries and shops are within 5 minutes. You can store your bikes in our closed garage, as well as recharge them if needed. You'll have the option to do laundry on request. Due to the layout of the premises, we cannot accommodate smokers, either indoors or outdoors. No pets allowed. We appreciate your understanding.
