Guest access Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with easy walkability to downtown and the marina. Beach access is via a short walk to Upper Lake Park and taking the public stairs. Please do not use the stairs on the property as they are not safe. Another nearby beach option is South Beach, located just on the other side of Coal Dock Park...great for "littles" and a short drive away. Other things to note Dogs are welcome! We have provided a special doggie room with bowls and bed just for your furry friend! They are welcome to roam the house and we ask that you keep them off the furniture. No cats, please.
