Welcome to a reimagined mid-century modern retreat with a heated saltwater pool and spa. The bright, open layout is filled with natural light and includes everything for a comfortable stay—from a fully stocked kitchen to high-quality beds with hotel-grade cotton sheets and plush pillows. Every space is meticulously cleaned with attention to detail. Step outside to expansive private grounds framed by lush, mature tropical plants and trees, carefully maintained for a peaceful escape. The outdoor space is a natural extension of the indoors, and you may find yourself napping or reading a book in the zen-like outdoor daybed area. Many guests end up skipping the beach altogether, choosing instead to enjoy the serenity of the property. Relax poolside with the outdoor TV—rotate it to watch your favorite game or show while lounging in or by the pool. The bunk beds are full (double) size, with a pull-out trundle underneath suitable for a child if needed. We provide numerous high-quality beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and other beach accessories. Coffee and tea are fully stocked, including K-cups, ground coffee, a coffee pot, assorted sugars, and a Keurig. Body soap bars and Dial liquid body/hair soap are supplied, though guests are welcome to bring their own preferred products. Bug spray and sunscreen are provided, and the yard is regularly treated to help minimize mosquitoes. I’m always adding thoughtful touches to make the home feel even more comfortable and welcoming. This is not a third-party, inattentively managed rental—you’re staying in my personal home, cared for with pride and passion. Other things to note This home is designed for relaxation, comfort, and quality time—not large parties or disruptive events. Out of respect for the neighborhood and our neighbors, the property is not a party house. That said, small, quiet gatherings such as family birthday celebrations, anniversaries, or similar low-key occasions are welcome when conducted respectfully and within reasonable hours. To maintain a mature, peaceful environment, primary guests must be 25 years of age or older. This policy helps ensure the home and neighborhood remain safe and enjoyable for everyone. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels at all times and to treat the home and surrounding community with care. Pets are permitted, only small, well-trained animals under 15 pounds, subject to prior approval of breed etc..
