Peaceful Oasis facing the Mountains

We will be delighted to host you in our 70 m2 T3 (1 to 4 people), on the ground floor of a peaceful and warm place. You will be 10 minutes from Grenoble, Crolles (ST) and Innovallée. The ski resorts (Chamrousse or 7Laux) and nearby lakes offer many mountain activities. The accommodation has a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. The terrace, garden and free private parking make your stay easier. The idea is for you to have a good time. See you soon! The space The living room is approximately 35 m2. Bedroom 1 has a king size double bed, two closets/wardrobes overlooking the garden. Bedroom 2 has a single bed with garden views. The bathroom has a shower, sink and towel dryer, adjacent to bedroom 1. The kitchen is equipped with: - a Beko Dishwasher - a Rowenta oven - a Hisense Refrigerator/Freezer - a Rosière induction cooktop. - all the necessary utensils to simmer good little dishes... The property has board games and books for the whole family. The large terrace and garden allow for total disconnection. A barbecue is available. One parking space (or two if needed) is allocated to you free of charge. Guest access The accommodation is on the entire ground floor of the house with an independent entrance. Guests also have access to the terrace with an outdoor table and access to the garden. I am available for the duration of your stay to make it a pleasure to have welcomed you. Other things to note Having moved around France a lot, making my accommodation available is an opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds, to continue to learn from different cultures and to show my family that social ties are an important value to me.
