Welcome to the Orange County Oasis! Relax in this completely Private master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and private entrance. We are happy to have you and there is plenty to do here. Disneyland is merely 10 minutes away! You are welcome to lounge under the cabana in the outdoor seating area while the sun beats down around you or wade in the pool. # 1 rule is to enjoy your stay! The space This homey, clean, and completely private master suite is located through the side gate and private door entrance from the backyard. You have a lovely view of the pool and the fire pit/ outdoor seating area. Access to the main house is not included. The private suite is attached by one wall to the main building. Guests may come and go as they please, also there are no stairs on our property, just one step up to the entrance of the backyard. Our place is best suited for up to two people. We are located in the lovely suburban and safe neighborhood near Old Towne Orange. Just a few minutes drive to get to the Orange Circle & Chapman University. Old Town Orange is full of delicious restaurants, boutiques and shops. We are about a ten minute drive to Disneyland, OC Fairgrounds, Costa Mesa, Anaheim Convention Center, Knott's Berry Farm, Irvine and UCI. We are about a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Newport, Huntington, and Laguna. The backyard space is shared with the main house and sometimes other guests, but we rarely use the space so feel free to enjoy the lounge area or pool whenever you like. - full closet to hang your clothes and other storage space under bed. - Mini fridge and TV with streaming services in the room - 1 parking spot is available for you in the driveway (please park as much to the left as possible to allow space for other cars. thank you!) Also, there is free and plentiful street parking (with a requested permit). - The bathroom contains all of the necessities & then some - Tea station and hot water kettle, instant coffee, coffee Keurig station - please note there is NO MICROWAVE in the unit due to the leftover food smell this can cause in between guest changeovers. please note: NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS without prior permission. No parties, drugs, illegal activity, smoking, loud music, or outside guests allowed. For your safety, we have video surveillance outside at the side gate entrance as well as your front door. We can offer early check-ins starting at 12pm or late check outs depending on availability for a $30 extra fee, please inquire about these ahead of time so we have the time to properly schedule them if you are interested.
