A cheerful & stylish cottage. Perfect size for a small family, group traveling, or just a couples getaway! 3.4 miles from Spokane Airport, & just 10 minutes to Downtown Spokane. We have all the basic amenities you would need during your stay! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. There is a patio out back w/ a table to hangout and chat. You’ll feel right at home at this house at cottage row! The space We have a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, & coffee maker (coffee provided). We provide dishes, serving utensils, silverware, pots & pans, & basic cooking supplies. There is a small dining table that seats 4. There is a washer & dryer right near the kitchen w/ laundry soap provided! Outdoor back patio w/ a table and chairs for outdoor seating. There is a community bbq that you are welcome to use during your stay. Lots of local dining options near by. UberEats & Door Dash are available in this area. One TV in the living room w/ roku. Guests are able to login to their own steaming accounts. Guest access Guests will have access to the bbq that is located in the grass area out back. The bbq is shared. There is plenty of parking available. We will provide a door code and check in instructions before your stay. Other things to note No pets allowed. $60 additional fee for any proof of non approved pets on this property. Any items that are left behind you have a week to claim. We can ship your items back to you but you will need to pay for shipping costs up front.
