Very bright duplex apartment in the city center

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a townhouse, it is a refurbished duplex. It is located on the market square with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy...) The main entrance to the house is shared with an office (health professional). The 1st level of the apartment is furnished with a living room, an equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an entrance area. The bedroom is on the 2nd level. The apartment is very quiet, very bright. The space The entrance to the accommodation is independent with a lockbox. The 1st level of the apartment includes the living room, the equipped and furnished open kitchen, the washing machine and the bathroom with toilet. The room is on the 2nd level with many closets, a small wardrobe and a toilet area (sink, mirror, shelves). There are electric roller shutters (by remote control) on all windows. Guest access The neighborhood is lively but remains very quiet. Access to the accommodation is very easy, there is ample parking at the foot of the accommodation. On Wednesday mornings, the square is lively with the market so on that day you should not leave your car parked in the square. Many amenities are within walking distance (caterer, restaurants, fast food, pharmacy, bakery, bar-tobacconist, post office...). There is 1 staircase to access the property and a staircase in the property to go to the bedroom so it is not suitable for the elderly and toddlers. Other things to note The accommodation is on the first floor of a townhouse, the ground floor is occupied by my office (I am a health professional). Your peace of mind will be assured and in the evenings and on weekends I don't work.
