You will enjoy 24/7 gated and patrolled security as the unit is on Riverlakes Golf course in Cornubia, a safe, clean, quiet and comfortable place to relax and recharge. ①~30mins drive to Brisbane CBD/Gold Coast, near theme parks/water parks, close to Sirromet winery/concerts, cafe/gym/chemist/bakery/petrol station/supermarket is around the corner. ② ground floor, self-contained with cooking facilities, washer/dryer/airer, 65" Samsung 4kTV with Foxtel & Netflix. ③ Off-road parking is available; The space ⊹Get ready to stretch out and relax in our spacious unit that features a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. ⊹The main bedroom boasts a comfortable queen size bed with a Sleep maker cocoon mattress to ensure a restful night's sleep. ⊹The second bedroom has a single bed with an option for an extra made-up single bed (although it may make the room a bit squeezed). ⊹Our large bathroom offers a luxurious bath and a separate shower, plus a guest hand wash area conveniently located just outside the toilet. ⊹In total, this unit covers about 100 m² (or 1076 ft²), providing plenty of space for you to unwind and recharge during your stay. Guest access ⊹Convinient Ground-floor access to our unit, with parking space available under the sail for your vehicle. You enter the unit through a Separate entrance located at the White Gate on the Right side of the property, which leads you to a courtyard and then to the door. ⊹Exclusive access to all the amenities mentioned above, including the spacious lounge, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. ⊹Rest Assured that any issues that may arise during your stay will be quickly addressed by our attentive hosts/owners, who live in the east part of the house. Other things to note For safety and insurance reasons, kindly note that the unit is strictly for registered guests only and no visitors are allowed on the property. Additionally, smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property. For guest and property safety, there is an outdoor security camera with a motion-sensor flood light installed at the front driveway. It is directed only towards vehicles entering and leaving the property and does not cover any private or indoor areas. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting these rules.
