Gandia Seascape

Have fun with the whole family! This peaceful retreat is situated in the mountains with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. Only a 10-minute drive to the world famous beaches of Gandia, where you can find a variety of restaurants, nightlife, and cultural events. On the fully furnished patio you can take in the immense sea- and castle-views while having a relaxing drink or grilling on the barbecue. Take a dip in each of our three pools which have spa features, a waterfall, and are kid-friendly. The space Our unit is the second-to-topmost of the entire resort, promising spectacular views and utmost privacy. The tiered structure gives you a feeling of being the only living thing between the sea and the sky (besides the birds, of course). As you enter our property you will pass through the ample patio which has a dining table and chairs, armchairs, a coffee table, and an outdoor couch. The indoors is divided into three parts, two bedrooms on either side of the living room/office space/kitchen/dining area. This way, each bedroom has personal access to the patio and spectacular views. The middle of the house also has its own access and its open floor-plan ensures a fun, relaxing, and safe way to spend your time. The master bedroom has its own spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub and the second bedroom has two individual beds that may be pushed together. There is a second full bathroom located next to the living room. The kitchen includes all the modern appliances and exhibits a large, open counter-space. There is a camera located on the doorbell which ensures safety and enables communication at check in. Guest access We're a ten minute drive from Gandia beach. Parking is free and easy, then take the elevator or stairs to the top floor, followed by two flights of stairs. If you don't have a car, take the train to Xeresa and then a quick taxi to our neighbourhood. You can walk to the town of Xeresa and grab a bite, enjoy the street fairs, or take a hike.
