Rustic style, manufactured home 5 mins from the Colorado River! Wifi, washer/dryer, parking. Home is an older model manufactured home & some features are a little dated. But home is very cozy & clean. The neighborhood is an older area of Mohave Valley & some of the homes in the area are unkept. I took this into consideration when setting lower nightly rates. It is very safe, quiet & within minutes of the Colorado river. I have had my home there for 6 years, with no problems. The nearby neighbors are long time residents. There is parking for one car in the driveway and parking in front of the property as well. Our home is 2.5 miles from Needles Marina, 3.7 miles from Jack Smith Park, 45 mins to Lake Havasu, 30 mins to Laughlin, 1 hour to Parker Dam, 1.5 hours to Las Vegas, Avi & Spirit Mt. casino within minutes, Route 66 and close to many scenic off-roads, nature preserves & historic towns (like Kingman, Oatman). While the neighborhood is a little run down, there are several new/remodeled homes by newer property owners.
