This is an exceptional space in our home on the farm. It overlooks the pastures with horses and has a private concrete porch that is partially covered. A perfect romantic farm getaway for two. We have high speed internet with Starlink on the Residential Max plan. The laundry closet has an Samsung stackable washer and dryer in the space. The space is not recommended for children, pets or people with a disability due to our animals and unleveled ground. The space Large private space. The space is completely open and includes the following areas: kitchen, bathroom, living, bedroom, walk in closet, laundry closet and gym area. There is a couch at the end of king bed, leather sofa and loveseat with recliners. It has a propane fireplace for emergency heat and an 82 inch smart TV. It has beautiful scenery and is a short drive to Central Baptist and UK Hospitals in Lexington and Ephraim in Danville. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the living space except my storage closets. You can schedule a private visit in the Barn with the horses. Please do not pet or feed the Horses unless a private visit has been scheduled with the owner. Please do not open gates into the horse paddocks. This is a working farm so please bare in mind there may be people working during your stay. Other things to note We are on a septic system so please limit items into the toilet bowl to small amounts of toilet paper. If improper items are placed in the toilet or sink causing a backup there will be an additional fee for the repair. It takes several days to get a plumber for repairs. There is a security system in the suite and the entire premises is under camera surveillance. For longer term stays we offer extra cleaning during your stay for an additional fee. Please note our property is on a grade at the top of a hill and you must be able to walk down a grade through the grass to the entrance. This property may not be suitable for everyone. The bed is sits quite high and you may need to use the blue foot stool provided to get in and out of the bed.
