House with pool, gourmet area, air-conditioning

Relax with the whole family at MORADA DOS TUCANOS, a beautiful and spacious place. (IT IS NOT SHARED. Just your family!) *Our accommodation is a complex of three lots, two houses, a swimming pool and a charming garden, all in one place. *A little more removed from the intense flow of vacationers and yet close to the beach, 800 meters. *Really charming place! Where birds of different species sing Good Morning, just put fruit outside and enjoy nature. The space We have a very comfortable house with a living room, full kitchen, laundry with washing machine, internal and external bathrooms, 4 bedrooms: -1 single room with a bunk bed, dresser and fan. -1 simple double bedroom, bed, closet and fan. -1Q couple with air-conditioning, a queen-size bed and a single bed, closet (ideal for couples with a small child). -1 very spacious suite with air-conditioning, queen-size bed, balcony with a wonderful view of the pool and garden. - We have a gourmet area, with a barbecue facing the pool. -Next to a covered garage for up to three cars, if necessary, there is space for more cars. Guest access *The house has two entrances, on different streets, one with an electric gate and the other with a manual gate. Both with parking space, one of which is the covered garage. * Because it is a little further away from the seaside, depending on the guest's disposition, trips to the beach, market and bakery can be made by car, but we also leave three bicycles in working order if you choose to ride. Other things to note It will be a great pleasure to welcome you to MORA DOS TUCANOS I'll always be available to better serve you. *I leave here some observations for a good use of the house: - On one of the lots there is a water tank, (little house) we call it the tool house, where we have things that are necessary to keep the property in order. This part WILL BE CLOSED TO GUESTS. -The pool has a beautiful waterfall and is programmed to turn on and off by itself, so we kindly ask you NOT TO TOUCH ITS MOTOR HOUSE. - Our accommodation, for practical reasons, does not have bed linens
