Island Lake Apartment

Come join us on Island Lake in our private first floor one bedroom apartment. Get the remote forest feel, but be only minutes from town. A great location for exploring Kodiak; including only a 5-15 minute drive from multiple beaches, hiking trails, and downtown. The space The apartment is a private space on the first floor of our house. It has one bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom and living-room with a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a small sink, microwave, and mini-refrigerator. The only shared space is the garage, which is where you enter to access the apartment. Guest access Parking is available onsite. During your stay If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask we will always try to help. Other things to note We are an active family of four living upstairs. Although we try our best to keep the noise level to a minimum, we have rowdy kiddos. Quiet hours are typically from 7pm to 7am. Air mattresses (two twins and/or one queen) and bedding is available for extra guests (kiddos).
