Relaxing and unplug while you watch the sunsets and tide roll in and out. This is also a great spot for bird watching, and catching a glimpse of seals, porpoises and even the occasional shark. Just steps down the road is a tidal basin that empties during low tide. The main floor consists of a sunroom, stocked with games and puzzles. This is the perfect space to reconnect, create memories, relax, or get in a sunrise yoga session. Access to both the kitchen and living room from the sunroom. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with full size fridge/freezer, microwave and oven with stove top. Living room has a pull out sofa and a office corner with desk and office chair. The dining room is located off the kitchen and provides stunning ocean views. There is a half bath with washer and dryer, also located on the main floor. A drying rack and washing line are also available. Upstairs provides 3 cozy bedrooms, each with clothing storage. Bedroom 1 & 2 have queen beds, while bedroom 3 has two single beds. The full bathroom is equipped with a stand up shower, soaker tub and double vanity. Guest access Large 2 acre yard and cottage. Other things to note Firewood and an outdoor fire place is available for guest to use.
