Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the countryside. 11 minutes from the airport, this cozy little corner is ideal for remote working, a stopover for a business trip or simply to escape from the routine of the city. You will be able to hear various birds (woodpeckers, jacots, toucans) and maybe see 1 or 2 iguanas passing through the yard. The space PROHIBITION :--------------------------- - For smokers, it is strictly FORBIDDEN to smoke in the accommodation even by the window or under the host. Smokers are asked to go to the outdoor terrace and close the openings (doors, windows) for the comfort, well-being and health of the following guests. - NO parties. Security Deposit: ---------------------------------- A security deposit is established by AirBnB for any disorder/property damage that may occur in the accommodation during your stay. The accommodation is for 2 people ideally and can go up to 4 maximum. A per-guest per-night surcharge is applied by the AirBnB site for the 3rd and 4th guests. (50 x 120) CLEANING & Covid-19: --------------------- In order to offer you the best during this period of health crisis, enhanced cleaning is carried out after each departure. Special attention is given to the handles of doors, closets, drawers, as well as switches and any other sensitive surface. You are asked to leave the property clean after checkout. Media & Internet: ------------------------ The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi internet. An Android TV connected TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, built-in Chromecast Orange TV with replay and TV recorder. Secure parking: ------------------------------------ The property is fully fenced and the inner courtyard can accommodate up to 4 cars. Hygiene and Body: ---------------------- Bath towels are provided as well as soap/shower gel. Hand soap, dishwashing soap and household products are also available. Kitchen & Dishes: ---------------------- The accommodation has: saucepan, various pots, pans, cooking utensils, knives, forks, spoons (teaspoons & tablespoons), salad bowl, flat/deep plates, bowls, mug, water glass, peeler, corkscrew, champagne flute, coffee cups, cutting board. Kitchen & Food: ---------------------- You will have at your disposal: various spices, salt, oil, coffee pods, tea bags, sugar. Household appliances: Kettle, pressure cooker, microwave oven, electric convection oven, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, range hood. Miscellaneous: Ironing board, hair dryer. Guest access Getting inside: ------------------- Access to the accommodation is autonomous. Therefore, the guest can arrive whenever they want from the check-in time indicated on the listing. You will access the property: > by retrieving the key to the gate in a key box (code provided after validation of your booking). You will access the accommodation: > by using an app to activate the accommodation's connected lock (app sent by the host after booking confirmation) For your privacy and autonomy, you will have access to the accommodation, independent of the owner's. The gate control and lock access badge will be present in the accommodation. Other things to note Safety --------------------------------- .For the security of the premises, security cameras are present on the property, OUTSIDE the accommodation. Security Deposit: --------------------------------- A security deposit of €600 will be required when booking. Potential for noise -------- Countryside means green space, so you might be "lucky" enough to be woken up by the sweet sound of brushcutters whistling from the neighbors' garden. This happens 2–3 times a month and usually lasts 2–3 hours, fingers crossed ;)
