Close to Zenith and polyclinic

I'm happy to welcome you to my home, in my living with my children that we gladly leave to you during our travels. You will be able to enjoy this entire accommodation, located at the foot of Parc de Chezine, in a 4-story residence (3rd). It is a recent building, the common areas are not yet finished, the accommodation is ready to welcome you. You won't be located in the city center (15 min), but rather close to the Zenith and the clinic. The space The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room. You have 60 m2 at your disposal: a bathroom, a living room/kitchen, an entrance and a balcony. The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets or parties are allowed. Other things to note I have a Dolce Gusto coffee machine ☕ and provide you with one capsule per person per day of rental. Non-smoking apartment🚭, an ashtray is available on the balcony. This is a family residence, parties are not allowed 😉
