Mountain and contemporary atmosphere! Renovated apartment with direct access to the Manigod and La Clusaz ski area. During the summer, the pool is open every day! It is 30 meters from the building! The ski resort is 1500 meters above sea level, the snow is good! Very close to shops (restaurants, ski rental, bakery, supermarket, laundry, linen rental) and skis on your feet! The ESF is 100 meters away. Very nice view of the mountains! Ski locker at the RCH. The space The apartment is about 32 m2, it has been renovated very recently. The children's room is composed of: - a triple bunk bed 90 cm wide for each of them - a small dresser - a window with shutter. In the bathroom: - a bathtub - a sink - a large mirror - towel dryer - hair dryer A separate toilet. In the main room there is a large bay window and a large balcony. In this room is the recent kitchen with: - a recent dishwasher - a new refrigerator - a new induction cooktop - a combination oven (oven + microwave) - a toaster - a kettle - an electric coffee maker - Grill oven - Savoyard fondue oven the dining area is composed of: - a table and 4 chairs - two other folding chairs are available in the hallway cupboard. The lounge area is composed of: - a 120 cm sofa bed - a flat-screen TV - coffee table A staircase leads to the mezzanine, a 140 cm bed is available. Additional information: The apartment is equipped with an internet box. So you'll have WIFI in the apartment. You can easily make phone calls and surf the internet. I rent the apartment with a minimum of 5 nights for the months of January and March and a minimum of 6 nights for the periods of Christmas, December 31 and February. I provide pillows and blankets/duvets as well as mattress protectors. It is therefore necessary for guests to bring their sheets for duvets, fitted sheets and towels. Guests can book linens and towels at the Sherpa store downstairs from the building. It's important to book them. The delivery of keys, inventory etc. is done by the real estate agency "SMS" located opposite the apartment. Unable to display a phone number on the ad (Sherpa store and SMS agency) I will communicate these phone numbers if necessary. You can of course find them in the yellow pages! Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment is at an altitude of 1500 meters, it is safer for guests who come by car to provide special equipment.
