I am sure that the distance from the beaches and the center with their entertainment guarantee the tranquility that you want in a holiday, without forgetting the convenience of doing the shopping without using the car, having the neighboring supermarket. I appreciate constructive feedback that gives me the opportunity to improve the quality of the service. The space Home and Garden Isola Rossa is a recently built private apartment that is made available to guests who wish to spend a holiday by the sea. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential complex of 6 units. It is about 400 m from the beach and the center; it borders a supermarket and guarantees practicality and comfort of all kinds. Fully furnished in a modern style with equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, patio and garden with barbecue. Equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, TV and washing machine. The apartment has a private and livable outdoor space of about 100 square meters fenced with garden, barbecue and patio with gazebo, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Linen can be rented on request for a fee. Pets are not allowed and smokers are not allowed. Heating Service: included in the booking Optional supplements: - Bed linen and towels to be requested in advance before arrival. - Pets: not allowed - Smokers: not allowed - Deposit: cash deposit eur 200.00 returned at the end of the stay - Reservations over 28 nights are not accepted Failure to clean the barbecue at the end of the stay will incur a payment of 50.00 eur.
