Once the gate is crossed, a numbered parking lot under video surveillance is available. Parking space no. 1 is attached to the accommodation for the duration of the stay. Other things to note For the smooth running of your stay, we invite you to follow some common sense rules: The accommodation is strictly non-smoking and we will be uncompromising. Classic apologies like "I smoked in the window " will not be tolerated and 150€ will be withheld from your deposit. For smokers there is a nook outside the building with ashtray. This rule is fundamental to the respect of other guests after you and the quality property available. You have connected speakers, we count on you not to abuse them and put the volume too loud so as not to disturb the neighborhood. This is therefore part of our rules and remains mandatory for any reservation. This deposit takes the form of a bank imprint, to be made before arrival, via a secure payment link that we will send you. 🧾 What is a bank imprint? This is a direct debit authorization, with no actual debit: no amount is charged, except in the event of damage. ⚠️ Important: For the imprint to be validated, the bank account used must have a sufficient balance (minimum €300). Without this, the imprint is automatically denied by the bank, and access to the listing cannot be unblocked. The fingerprint is automatically canceled after the stay if no incidents have been reported. There is an expiry period of 5-7 days depending on the banks. 🚪 The activation of the access code to the room door is conditional on the validation of this bank imprint. Without this step, access to the listing cannot be granted, as the door access code will not be operational. It will be paid only upon validation of the security deposit. 📌 Cancellation policies and transparency All information related to the security deposit (bank imprint), application criteria, and how to access the listing is clearly stated in our listing, in accordance with our professional host status and with Airbnb's permission.
