The flat Cassis - Au bord de l'eau is a quiet accommodation with a large terrace of 30m² directly on the seafront at 40 meters from the beach of Bestouan. You will benefit from an ideal location with numerous parking facilities (Bestouan car park 20m away, reversible air conditioning and a Wifi connection. Beautiful view and cosy, you will feel at home. The space Magnificent Studio of 30m² with a real bedroom corner, renovated in a Mediterranean style, chic, cosy and elegant. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac directly on the sea front overlooking the Bestouan (40m from the beach). You can get there on foot in less than a minute, simply wearing a sarong or a towel. On the ground floor of a former hotel from the 1930s converted into a small condominium with 8 flats. The studio offers a beautiful living room in warm tones against a soothing blue background and consists of the following elements: an open plan kitchen with hob, microwave, extractor, fridge/freezer, two bar stools for eating on the counter. There is no lack of equipment (kettle, nespresso machine, coffee, toaster, etc.). We also have a safe at your disposal. The bedroom has a large double bed (160×200) and high quality bedding. The bathroom offers a large Italian shower and a nice basin as well as many storage spaces (the hair dryer is also provided). The toilet is separate for your comfort. The 30 m² terrace with its outdoor shower welcomes you with a very nice view on the Bestouan beach, the castle and the beginning of the Cap Canaille. A professional plancha and outdoor furniture as well as our olive trees are there to accompany your beautiful evenings in Cassis. The atmosphere is relaxed, contemporary and warm in a Mediterranean style to make you feel at home but on holiday.
