Description

Finca Luzaa is a large secluded property, an excellent place to relax, ideal to enjoy with family and friends. Also for working from home (Starlink) The house is the ideal place to disconnect. To get there you will have to walk a 3-kilometer dirt road. It has a suite with air conditioning and three bedrooms with 4 double beds with fans. We recommend bringing a CAR We look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable experience The space Discover the perfect retreat in our charming home, located just 20 minutes from Mazunte Beach. This space is ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, as it offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature with a capacity of up to 10 people. Relax in a serene environment and revive your spirit. We have spacious areas where you can enjoy campfires and starry nights. We are located in a strategic point 1 hour from Puerto Escondido and 1 hour from Huatulco. I recommend doing the Check-in at 6:00 pm at the latest, so you can find your way. Guest access If you come by the new Barranca Larga-Ventanilla super highway, when you reach the junction of highway No. 200, take the road to Huatulco-Pochutla, continue for 30 minutes and at kilometer 197 enter the community of Chacahua, Tonameca on a 3-kilometer dirt road. If you come on Highway No. 200 Pochutla-Puerto Escondido, continue for 20 minutes and pass the cruise to Mazunte, continue approximately 1 kilometer towards Puerto Escondido, (as a reference there is a gas station under construction and a plaza called Las Palmas. And there you enter the Chacahua neighborhood on a 3 km dirt road. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: * The estate is a very quiet place, where there is no noise , except in the case of a private party or community , which would be foreign to us. I recommend to take repeelente, because we are in the countryside and in the evenings there are mosquitoes. * Also I suggest you take necessary food and bottled water, although 300 meters from the estate there is a small shop and if you want to do more shopping 3.5 kilometers away is the community of San Antonio where an OXXO and small shops are located. Also 20 minutes away is the town of Pochutla where you will find markets, pharmacies and hospitals. * The property promotes Environmental care, so we ask you to separate organic and inorganic garbage (glass, aluminum, PET) * We also strongly request that before leaving the property, make sure that the fans and the air conditioning are turned off, as well as the phone chargers disconnected. * We do not accept pets * Be sure this place is the place you want to stay. Our Finca is located in the community of Chacahua Tonameca and Lagunas de Chacahua National Park is located approximately 3:30 hours away, ahead of Puerto Escondido on the same road No 200. * it is also made of the knowledge that we have staff that works all week giving maintenance to the property, so during your stay you will find people worked.. * The property is on a rural walk and unfortunately the electricity is an issue that limits us... sometimes we run out of electricity so it is out of our control, the same with the telephone issue is a regional problem.
