The space Welcome to our charming Airbnb retreat! Nestled in a quaint and family-friendly neighborhood, our home offers a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. Inside, you'll find three inviting bedrooms, each featuring a cozy queen bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a convenient walk-in shower and another with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cooking supplies, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For winding down, a cozy living room awaits with a large, comfortable sectional and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. Adjacent, our music inspired sitting room showcases an upright piano, guitars, and a personal collection of records—all available for you to enjoy during your stay. Families will love our assortment of board games, conveniently stored in the coffee table chest, perfect for bonding over friendly competition. Outside, a six-foot privacy fence encloses the spacious backyard, providing a safe area for children or dogs to play. Our half-acre property offers ample space in both the front and back yards, ideal for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. Just a short stroll away, you can visit the neighborhood dock overlooking the serene intracoastal waterway. Take in the sights of local wildlife and immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds of the ocean. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring you have a memorable stay! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and property, including all amenities. Please note that the back left bedroom and shed are reserved for personal storage. Additionally, the kayaks are not available for guest use. We are currently in the process of enhancing the property with a stock tank pool, which is not yet available for use. You are welcome to enjoy the neighborhood dock; however, please be aware that the boat ramp is restricted by neighborhood rules. Nearby public boat ramps are conveniently located for your use if needed. Other things to note Pets: We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly environment and welcome your furry friends! To ensure a comfortable stay for all, please note the following: 1. Kindly inform us in advance if you will be bringing pets, along with the number of dogs. We can accommodate up to three dogs. 2. A flat pet fee of $50 will be applied to your stay, which goes directly to our cleaner for the additional time and care required. 3.
