Welcome to our duplex apartment in green and calm surroundings close to Dietlikon train station, between the airport and Zurich centre. Quick access to the motorway and free visitor parking. The guest room is upstairs under the roof and can accommodate up to 3 quests (2 adults in a sofa bed and 1 child). We offer an additional sofa bed option for 2 guests in the living room (open / common space). Upon request, breakfast is available for CHF 5.00 per person. We look forward to welcoming you! The space Our apartment block is located within a green and quiet residential area far off the main roads and street noises. Our apartment is the top apartment in the block of a total of 6 flats. You will be sharing the apartment with us during your stay. We live in a large, 150sqm duplex apartment with a spacious living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet located on the lower level. The private guest room is on the upper level. The private guest room is located in the converted attic under the roof and is very spacious and can sleep a maximum of 4 adults (one double sofa bed + 1 queen size air-bed) and one small child (small child bed) . For 2 adults and one child, the room features a cosy private area incl. a TV and a comfortable office desk area (incl. extra computer monitor) if you need to get some work done. The shared living room can sleep an additional 2 adults on a comfortable, queen-size sofa bed. Free WIFI, bed sheets and towels are included in the price. You have the choice of additional breakfast (continental style: bread, jam, butter, a selection of corn flakes, tea/coffee) for CHF 5.00/person (please let us know at least 24hrs in advance). We speak fluently French, English and German. Free guest' s parking - marked as "Besucher" (we will provide you with a detailed location map before your arrival). Check-in : midweek :from 19h00 (exact time to be agreed) / weekend: from 15:00 Check out: midweek: until 08h00 / weekend: until 10h00 My husband and I are both working, therefore the apartment cannot be used and will be locked between 08h00 and 19h00. The apartment is located 2min walk from groceries stores, cash points, restaurants and bus stops. Upon your arrival, we will provide you with a little welcome leaflet, which holds all necessary information. Guest access The apartment is located at the top of a multi story apartment building. 2 1/2 flights of stairs lead from the street level to the apartment. There is a staircase lift for our guests, who might have trouble going up and down the stairs. Please note: There is no elevator to the apartment. Inside the apartment, a wooden spiral staircase is leading from the main living area to the upstairs guest room. You will have access to the shared bathroom / shower / toilets, the kitchen, dining area and living room (all at the lower level). A large balcony is also available and can be accessed via the kitchen. During your stay We are happy to welcome you in our home. The guest room offers plenty of privacy, however, if you need anything, we are happy to help. Other things to note If you would like to have breakfast, please let us know at least one day before, so we can make sure we have everything ready. Breakfast is not included and charged at CHF 5,00 per person.
