Relax at this peaceful 1 bedroom guesthouse surrounded by gardens & trees. You will enjoy watching the sunrise over the trees while enjoying a cup of coffee on the east facing covered deck. A 10 minute drive to the ferry terminal, minutes by car to Battle Point Park and beach access. The kitchenette includes coffee, tea, sugar, cream and oatmeal. City of Bainbridge Island #P-000030 The space The guesthouse is the Battle Point neighborhood of Bainbridge. It’s a 10 minute drive to the ferry and downtown Winslow. The kitchenette includes a small sink, mini-fridge (no freezer, cooler available for use), microwave, toaster oven, single burner portable cooktop, keurig coffee maker & hot water kettle. We have dishes for 4 people. We provide coffee, tea, cream, sugar & oatmeal. The guesthouse is furnished with a comfortable living area (no tv) including a dining table, workspace, couch and chair. The bedroom has two fantastic queen beds. An additional queen blow up mattress is available. There is a pack-n-play & changing table available for small children and babies. There is a large closet with hangers. We follow all the cleaning protocols to ensure your safety and comfort. Guest access Parking, including a EV plug in our driveway. Feel free to walk around the gardens and visit with our dog. Other things to note A few things to know: We live in the main house with our friendly 12 year old dog and three young children. There is little cell phone reception on our property, once you connect to wifi, your phone will operate like normal with wifi calling. Our water comes from a well, the water is filtered and completely safe however you may notice an iron smell at certain times of the year. Registration details P-000030
