Perfect location for anyone wanting to visit Southern Colorado. The grocery store, restaurants, fast food, liquor, and dispensaries are a 5 minute drive away. City Street with friendly Neighbors Smoking is allowed outside only. $300 fee for smoking inside. The space Three bedroom, two bath; with off-street and on-street parking, pretty big fenced yard, and large patio. 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, washer & dryer, full kitchen, dining table, and living room. Caveat: The Master Bedroom is only accessible by walking through another bedroom. There is an external door that you can use to go outside to the kitchen or the living room, without passing through the other bedroom. *Carport has clearance for most large pick up trucks* *Please Note* My cleaning fee is $100. If I pay my cleaner to take care of trash and clean the dishes, it adds an additional $50 to $75 to each cleaning. By asking Guests to remove trash and ensure dishes are clean, or being cleaned, when they leave; everyone saves. In summary, There is a $25 fee for each of the following when leaving the Airbnb: 1. Not bringing all trash out to the outside trash receptacle 2. Leaving food items in the refrigerator or the freezer 3. Not making sure dishes are in the running in the dishwasher, or clean and put away, when the Guests leave Thank you! Guest access The fence for the driveway opens, so you can park off street. Use the pre-placed brick to keep fence open. Easy once you see it. Other things to note There is a school playground one block away. Just a couple miles from the historic steel mill that built the west.
