We are a homestay so there is no cleaning provided during the stay - you need to keep the place clean and leave it clean as well while checking out. NOTE: PLZ DOES NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF YOU COME AFTER 10.30 PM DURING YOUR STAY. WE AT NO CONDITION KEEP GATES OPEN AFTER 10.30 PM. Guests are requested to bring their own towels. Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited, in the interest of the family environment. Consumption of Alcohol is allowed within the limit which can be handled by the Guest, we strictly don't accept any such disturbance or damage to the place because of excessive alcohol consumption. PLEASE INFORM us in advance in case you will be late because of some unavoidable situation *CLEANING POLICY* We have been taking extra precautions to do deep cleaning and Sanitization as a Corona Protocol. Please respect the cleanliness. We provide you with a clean room and we expect you to keep it clean as well during your stay as this is a Homestay. It is a self Serviced Apartment. And we do not clean the property on daily basis. We surely provide cleaning materials like Mop, broom, and Lizol. But guests need to maintain the place themselves. *OTHER POLICIES* We don't allow any sort of noise between 10 pm to 7 am. We Close our gate at 10 pm strictly for the safety & security of the place however, if there is any unavoidable situation & you will be coming late please inform us in advance. However at no condition we can keep the Gate open after 10:30. Guests are requested to provide a valid Identity Card with complete address proof at check-in. We don't allow any additional guests to be invited to our property at any time apart from the Guests who are part of the booking. ( i.e for the safety, and security & for the Air BnB Insurance policy as well) Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited, in the interest of the family environment. This helps us to provide you with a safe, smoke-free & secure environment - please respect it. You can however be allowed to smoke on the balcony & terrace area. Consumption of Alcohol is allowed within the limit which can be handled by the Guest, we strictly don't accept any such disturbance or damage to the place because of excessive alcohol consumption. Please drink alcohol responsibly on our premises. If any such incident happens because of excessive alcohol consumption then we will report the incident to Air BnB & there is a fine of 500 USD. No Parties / Events are allowed on the premises. Check-in is (between 12 PM - 10 pm) and Check-out is between (8 am -9 am)Please follow the Check-in and Check-out time, if you want to Check-in / Check-out Early / Late please inform us in advance & we can allow that as per the availability. If you fail to check out on time without informing us then there is a penalty without any further questions and we will also report it to Air BnB as an incident & there is a fine of 100 USD Guests are requested to provide their Valid Identity card with complete address proof at the time of check-in.
