This fully renovated traditional french farmhouse provides sleeping for 8 guests with substantial living areas and a newly installed in-ground pool (9M x 4M) which is heated during the summer months with a large south facing sundeck with luxury reclining loungers. The property sits in 2 acres of private grounds and is surrounded by farmland on all sides but is very close to the village and only a five minute drive to the local town with a supermarket, banks, etc. and weekly Friday market. The space Guests comment on how tranquil and peaceful the location is whilst being near to all the tourist attractions. The property is the owners second home and has been completely renovated in the last few yers and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with all home comforts provided. Whilst there is such a lot to do locally, we do find regular visitors tend to relax around the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet. Guest access The property is exclusively for your use and consists of approximately 3500 square feet of living space. The only area that is locked is the external barn which contains personal effects and the ground maintenance equipment. Other things to note As this is a rural Gite it is recommended that you have a car during your stay to ensure you can make the most of your stay. During the winter months, October to March, there will be a mandatory charge for logs for 65 euros per week, and a heating charge of 12 euros per night.
