The house is located in the village of Vyshcha Dubechnya, Vyshgorod district. Built in 2017 from timber. The area is 108 sq.m. On the ground floor there is a large living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a stove, a bathroom. On the second floor there is a large bedroom, a bathroom. On the territory there is a barbecue, a pit for a fire, a woodshed. The house has two terraces, the balcony can be accessed through a folding ladder from the street. A cozy place for a small company to relax. We call our house Villa Porta Blu because we have a blue front door. Other things to note From October to April, the stove must be heated with wood every day to keep the house warm. You can't leave the house while the fire is burning in the stove.
