Stroll to dining and local attractions. 2 FREE parking spots. Rent 25+ unless active duty military. The space Beach Gear: ***Beach towels provided*** **The deck box MAY have chairs. Check there first before purchasing or renting any.*** (The chairs rust so quickly in this salty environment, we often have to throw them away.) Bedrooms: All beds are dressed with 100% cotton bed sheets. - Sleeps 6 well with children. - 2 Bedrooms / 2 Baths Room 1: Master bedroom: KING bed. Private bath. Roku Tv. Room 2: Guest bedroom: KING bed. Shares bathroom with hallway. Roku Tv. Other sleeping options: Living room: Twin bunkbed nook in hallway of the living room. Pack n Play: for one small child TV's: - Flat screen TVs in each bedroom. - Large ROKU TV in living room. - ROKU TVS have a live channel option with hundreds of channels to choose from. They also allow you to log into stations like Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc., with your own password, so that you can continue watching your same favorite shows that you watch at home. A TV in this unit only has cable if it is specifically noted. Bathrooms: All bath towels are 100% cotton. Bath 1: Hallway bathroom is accessible to both the hallway and the front guest room. Bath 2: Private master bath. - Starter rolls of TP in each bathroom. (please purchase more if your group is large or you are staying more than a couple days) -Starter soap provided. Kitchen: - Keurig, coffee pot and tea kettle. Starter pods provided. Please bring your own creamer. - Dishwasher detergent included. - First roll of paper towels included. - Starter garbage bags included. - Kitchen fully-stocked with cookware & utensils. Home: - Washer/dryer IN UNIT w/detergent. - Free Wifi. - Dining table seats 6; bar seats 4. - Keyless entry into condo (digital code lock). - Private porch surrounded by palm trees and garden. - Deck box with miscellaneous beach gear/toys. I do not know what is in here at any moment. Please feel free to use any gear you find in the deck box or in the mechanical closet. - The interior square footage is apx. 1,100 square feet. Parking: -There are 2 parking spots and passes for you on the counter. Services: - Beach chair rental service, Twilight Beach Service, is located on the beach throughout the summer, for additional details contact them directly. I will send you their phone number after booking. Rules: &&& This is a completely NON SMOKING unit. This includes vaping as well as marijuana (which is illegal in FL). If you smoke you will be kicked out with NO refund and charged a minimum $3,000 fine to fully remediate the unit. &&& Just a friendly reminder, from our team, that PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in this home. As much as I would love to have your sweet companion join you, the condo association forbids any guest pets. So although you may see other pets on the premises, they may belong to an owner. I will also have to charge a minimum of a $300 pet clean fee to professionally rid this home of all dander and pet fur/hair that we find. This is how I work toward providing a clean environment for my allergy sensitive guests. Note: #The pool is heated between the dates of October through March.# Check in 4 PM. Check out 10 AM. *Sorry I can not provide late check out. My cleaners need access to clean at 10 am.* Disclamer: While every effort will be made to provide a working and heated pool and hot tub, ultimately the HOA is in charge of maintaining and fixing the pool and hot tub and management can not be held responsible if either unit happens to be under maintenance at the time of guests visit. Guest access Parking is easy! Dedicated parking spaces just outside the front door. You get 2 FREE parking passes for your stay. The very best part about this unit though is that you can leave your car and just walk across the street to the beach!!! If you arrive early and want to enjoy the beach then just park in front of the unit in the public paid parking area until check in time. I am sorry that I can not provide EARLY CHECK IN or LATE CHECK OUT. I wish I could! My cleaners and handymen are working hard to make sure the unit is ready for you to enjoy upon your arrival and they need the ability to access the unit by 10 am on your check out day in order to do the same for the next guest. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Enjoy your morning coffee while strolling on the beach! This unit features beach access right across the street. It is easy to come and go from the beach multiple times a day with all of your gear and special people. Put the kids down for a nap and enjoy the pool or hot tub just a few feet away. Dozens of restaurants to choose from within 15 minutes either direction: Rhumcay Island Grill, Coyote Ugly Saloon, AJ’s Seafood and Oyster Bar, Tailfins Waterfront Grill, Boat House Oyster Bar, Donut Hole Bakery, Jasmine Thai, Panera Bread, Carabba’s Italian grill, P. F. Changs, Bayou Bill's Crab House and so much more! Enjoy Harbor Walk Village where you can stroll along the boardwalk marina and watch all the local activity. Take a shot at axe throwing or stop by Margaritaville for a drink and appetizers. If you feel up for it, take a dolphin tour or sign up for a parasailing experience right off the boardwalk! 3 main shopping areas within minutes. Destin Commons Shopping Mall has numerous eateries, fabulous shopping as well as a fountain to enjoy. Spend the day shopping at Silver Sands Factory Outlet (designer factory outlet featuring over 100 name-brand stores). Make sure to walk the Grand Boulevard Town Center. This is a shopping and dining center just off the Emerald Coast Parkway that is pedestrian-friendly. Many high-end stores and boutiques to enjoy as well as dining options. **For your peace of mind, I suggest you purchase trip insurance (from an independent company) just in case you have to cancel. This way you can be refunded in the rare circumstance you may have to cancel.**
