This home away from home with one room and a very comfortable double bed.All space to yourself.The house is freshly renovated. Calm and quiet atmosphere, secure gate, fresh water pool. Very close to light rail ,close to theme parks and shopping centre is a 10 minute walk down the road. I welcome film crew, only 10 mins from Warner Bros studios.I am also close to GC Hospital.Medical staff is more than welcome, very quiet house. I will be working in Sydney, so the house is to yourself. The space Feel free to use this modern kitchen, pool and laundry facilities....for those that are studying or work, I have an office seperate from room.....long stays are welcome for business trips. Guest access More than welcome to use laundry and another bathroom down stairs. Feel free to use the pool and sunbeds in the sun for that Queensland golden tan. During your stay I love to get to know my guests and make sure they are comfortable. I am friendly and will always be available and contactable at anytime. Sometimes my phone is silent on set, but I always keep checking and will get back to you. Other things to note For those with children, elderly or disability, the property has stairs leading from front door into the house. It is a split level home. Down stairs is access to another bathroom/shower and laundry facilities.
