The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, The other three bedrooms (queen, queen, and (2) twin beds) have brand new mattresses and fresh linens to ensure you get a great nights rest. Violation will fine $500. Host does NOT receive packages on behalf of guests. Guests need to take care of their own package and any other order deliveries. Host is NOT responsible for any missing or damaged deliveries. NO food, drink or any other edible items are provided due to allergic and other health & safety factors, including salt & pepper, oil, coffee, ice, etc. Please bring if needed. We provide essential amenities but there will be no refills. Please bring extra if needed. Please do NOT try to open any locked storage doors. Opening or damaging storage doors without host's permission will be fined $500. Upon check-out, please go thru the house to make sure all personal belongings are taken with you. We are not responsible for items left behind after check-out. The fees for early check-in and late check-out are outlined below.
