Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden. Includes a table for 10/12 people by large fireplace to enjoy meals by the fire. On the ground floor, 3 spacious bedrooms tastefully renovated. 2 bathrooms with baths and toilets. 1 bedroom can be used as an office. Upstairs, one bedroom with a double bed and one single bed. One parental bedroom opening onto our children's bedroom with 4 single beds. One independent bathroom with a bathtub. A separated toilet. Exterior: Fully furnished terrace with table and chairs (10/12 people), garden furniture and deckchairs, overlooking a large field where you can play football, Frisbee, table tennis, badminton, darts etc. On the other side of the house, a courtyard to park 5/6 vehicles. Possibility to charge your electric vehicul on the church parking, access 5 min away from home. 100m2 barn where you will find adult and children's bicycles, a basketball hoop (possibility to put the ping pong table in the barn for rainy days). Outdoor equipment: Barbecue charcoal , table for kids, hammock. Towels are not included. If needed it’s on demand and the paiement will be separate from the rent of the house.
